Although brass is an extraordinary material, the hot forging process always requires an additional machining process. In most cases, the component parts achieve their final shape after machining.

By means of turning, drilling, thread cutting, rubbing, rolling, precision turning or milling almost every engineered functionality of the part can be produced.

Sllide faces for shafts, o-ring seals or sealing surfaces with a high surface quality can be manufactured very cost-effectively. In medium- and large-scale serial production, BONS & EVERS uses cutting edge, CNC controlled multi-spindle machines for this purpose.
